SALON + SPA ETIQUETTE

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to take advantage of our COMPLIMENTARY drinks and enjoy the atmosphere. All appointments will begin and end at scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
Cancelation: Cancellation is required 24-hour notice, or 50% payment may be rendered. A credit card is required at time of reservation to hold appointments. You will receive courtesy reminder text and or call 24-48 hour prior to your appointment. For cancelation please the salon+ spa you’re booked at.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in a price of a service but is greatly appreciated. We recommend 15-20%, in recognition of our service provider’s performance. All prices are subject to change.
Retails Return: All retails sales are final however, for circumstances we allow 30 days exchange or store credit only. Store credit can be redeemed for services or other products of choice.
Gift Card: Our purchased gift card does not expire. Gift card are use toward services and products only. Gift care has n cash value, cannot use toward gratuity, and cannot be refunded. Gift card cannot be transferable to other user without the recipient approval to verify.
All Services Are Nonrefundable: All services are non-refundable. If you have feedback for correction for any technical mistakes or issues caused by human error, please contact a manager. Please allow 24 hours respond time giving our manager the opportunity to investigate the situation
Lost & Found: We will hold all lost and misplaced items for 30 days. After 30 days items will be donated to a local non-profit organization. Please call and speak to one of our support staff and we will be on the look and hold for you when found. We will need descriptions of item lost/misplaced and ID might be required.
